Sweet Dreams is a beautiful home located in the exclusive gated community of Destiny East that offers four spacious bedrooms, game room, private hot tub, and all of the Destiny East amenities. This home also comes with a six person electric street legal golf cart, so you can head down to the clubhouse and pool, or cruise over to the beach and spend the day lounging in the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! You can also use the golf cart to actually play golf since there is an 18 hole golf course right up the road!

This luxury home is elegantly decorated and offers a lovely screened in outdoor patio with a dining area and hot tub, so you can enjoy a nice breakfast and coffee in the morning and relax at night in the beautiful Destin weather. Upon entering the first thing you'll notice is the large sitting area and game room with Shuffleboard and Foosball. The comfortable living area offers a leather reclining sectional, large HD TV, fireplace, and wet bar. There is also a full bath. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar to seat 3. While the dining area can seat 6 comfortably.

The master bedroom features a welcoming king size bed, large HD TV, fireplace, patio access, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The second room has two day beds and an HD TV. The third bedroom is a queen suite with an HD TV and attached bath shared with the fourth bedroom which has a full over full bunkbed and HD TV. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, so you have enough room for the whole family! Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities including a clubhouse, 2 neighborhood pools, hot tub, fitness center, movie theater, tennis, basketball courts, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & playground! The neighborhood is located on pedestrian and golf cart friendly Scenic 98. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride. We also offer golf cart and bike rentals so if you're interested please let us know!
