Maravilla Beach Retreat 7 is a beautiful, newly renovated, beachfront view pet-friendly vacation rental home in Destin, FL at Maravilla Resort and is located directly across from the beach. This luxury 4,200 sqft, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house sleeps a total of 21 guest and offers amazing unobstructed beach views from all common areas and the master suite. Plus, complimentary seasonal beach service including 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up on the beach daily for your use (March 1st - October 31st). The community amenities offer a private beach access, 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, and more!

Upon entering this stunning, newly renovated, vacation rental home in Destin you will find the common areas on the second floor with breathtaking views of the beach. The living area offers 2 comfortable lounge areas, an HDTV, and balcony access. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your balcony's outside dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal and features brand new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or breakfast bar with beautiful views of the beach. If you're needing to do a little bit of laundry while on vacation don't fret, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This floor also offers a king bedroom with an HDTV and attached bath. This full bathroom is also shared with the common areas. The master king suite is situated on the third floor and offers magnificent views of the beach and a private balcony with comfortable lounge chairs. The master suite also comes equipped with a twin-size bed for additional sleeping arrangements and a private bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Additionally, 2 other bedrooms can be found on this floor, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 king size beds and a private balcony. These 2 bedrooms are attached by a shared full bathroom between the 2. The first and final floor offers beach views as well as separate living quarters with a small kitchen area, living area, beach view patio access and a bunk area with 2 queen over queen bunk beds. Also, located on this floor is a king bedroom and a full bathroom. Each bedroom comes equipped with an HDTV. This vacation rental in Destin can sleep up to 21 guest.

Maravilla is a beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community offers gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive as well as other community amenities such as; 2 pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse, fitness room, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located to the best shopping, dining, and entertaining on the Emerald Coast.
