Empress 703 at Seascape Resort is a beautiful Gulf view and lake view vacation rental condo that features breathtaking views from all common areas and all three bedrooms. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. Empress amenities include a pool and hot tub overlooking the lake.

Upon entering the condo you will find one of the living areas that features an HD flat-screen TV and its very own private balcony overlooking the lake. The other living area also features an HD flat-screen TV and private balcony but with stunning views of the Gulf. These two separate living areas are great so adults and children who won't have to fight over the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer and if you're needing to do a little bit of laundry while on vacation don't fret, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

This three bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental condo sleeps a total of eight. The master king suite has an HD flat-screen TV, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf. The master king suites private bath has a his and hers sink, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also a king suite with an HD flat-screen TV, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the gulf with it's own private bath. The third bedroom is a bunk room which two twin over twin bunk beds, HD flat-screen TV, attached bathroom, and a view overlooking the lake.

FREE VIP Perks -- You will receive access to do each of the following activities once a day, every day of your stay (excluding day of departure). The free VIP perks include a snorkeling adventure, a deep sea fishing excursion, a dolphin cruise aboard the SeaBlaster speed boat, 18 holes of golf at a variety of local courses, admission to the largest Waterpark on the Emerald Coast, and the Escape Room.
