All The Fun Without The Hustle & Bustle

Reasons why Fall is a great time to visit the beach- No crowds

Another reason why Fall is a great time to visit the beach is that you basically get the beach to yourself! You do not have to worry about getting up at the crack of dawn to get the prime spot right at the water. You will get to enjoy the beautiful water and soft sand without worrying about the disruptions around you. Also, in Destin, a lot of our most popular restaurants stay open all year round.  Your family and friends will be able to enjoy fresh seafood from the Gulf without the wait.

If you have ever been to Destin in the Summer then you know traffic can be a major annoyance. Destin is not a large area but yet is so beautiful so who doesn’t want to visit when they have a chance? But in the Fall you do not have to worry about that as much either. You will be able to come and go as you please, instead of strategically planning your trips out and about.

Festivals!

Here in Destin, we have several festivals you can attend in the Fall. The Destin Seafood Festival and The Destin Fishing Rodeo are the most popular ones and are hosted in the month of October. We go into further detail about these two events in another blog and the link is posted below.
